Powder Brows
Powder brows are a semi-permanent eyebrow enhancement technique. This method utilizes a handheld device similar to a tattoo machine to deposit pigment into the skin. Using a dotting motion, achieving a soft, powdered look similar to lightly applied eyebrow makeup. The procedure generally takes around two hours to three hours and may require a follow-up session to achieve optimal results. In contrast to microblading, which creates individual hair-like strokes with a scalpel like tool leading to scaring. In addition, microblading is not ideal for those with oily/dry skin or large pores. Powder brows offer a more filled-in customizable look. This technique doesn’t discriminate and is suitable for all skin types, especially for those with oily skin or sparse eyebrows. Results can last anywhere from two to three years, factors such as skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle choices can potentially hinder healing/results. Just like any cosmetic procedure, it's essential to take into account the possible risks and the aftercare and healing process that is involved.
